Promotion opens for entries at 00:00 on 21st January 2025 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 18th March 2025. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.
Promotion is limited to one entry per person per week with a maximum of six entries per person in total throughout the promotional period. Maximum of one prize per person throughout the promotional period. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a prize claim to be valid.
To enter the promotion, you must scan the QR code found on in-store point of sale materials and off-shelf displays or visit www.winwithdiablowines.com during the promotional period. Enter your details, including full name, email address, mobile number, county and select country of residence to be entered into the prize draw. In the event that the site is experiencing heightened suspicious activity, additional verification measures will be introduced. This may include SMS one-time code and other measures.

Further prize details:
The Main Prizes are valid for travel until June 2025 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays. All travel must be completed by June 2025.
There will be four prize draws as follows:
1. UK prize draw period 1 – all valid entries received between 00:00 on 21st January 2025 and 23:59 on 12th February 2025 will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of two main prizes. The prize draw will take place on or before 14th February 2025.
2. UK prize draw period 2 – all valid entries received between 00:00 on 13th February 2025 and 23:59 on 18th March 2025 will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of two main prizes. The prize draw will take place on or before 21st March 2025.
3. The ROI prize draw will take place on or before 21st March 2025. All valid ROI entries received during the promotional period will be placed into this draw for a chance to win a main prize.
4. The runner-up prize draw will take place on or before 28th March 2025. All valid UK and ROI entries which haven’t won a main prize will be entered into this draw for a chance to win one of five runner-up prizes.
The winners of the prize draws will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third party from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winners. A maximum of one round reserves will be contacted if prizes remain unclaimed after 14 days.
All Main prize winners will receive an email or phone call within 14 days of a draw confirming their win, along with details on how to claim their prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. All Runner-up prize winners will receive an email or phone call within 14 days of a draw confirming their win. Runner-up prizes will be sent via email within 28 days of win notification. Spending money payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the winning entry form and to the bank details provided by that person. Electronic bank transfer payments will be processed within 28 days of supply of details. No other methods of payment are available.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number and/or email address to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication.

General

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries/claims will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
The Main prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Diablo DWP (8421), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims by requesting proof of identity (passport, driving license or equivalent) and further verification if required and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s requirements.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Concha y Toro and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion.
